Can I personalize my item?

Yes! Many of our designs can be customized with names, titles, dates, or other text. If personalization is available for a specific design, you'll find instructions on the product page.

How do I submit personalization details?

Simply enter your personalization information in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation, as we create your item exactly as submitted. For personalization using your own photos, please email those photos to thesnaphappystudio@outlook.com with your order number.

What types of products do you offer?

We currently offer our designs as:

Some designs may be available in all formats, while others may have limited options.

What size are your buttons, keychains, and magnets?

All circle buttons, keychains, and magnets are 2.25". Our square magnets come in 2.5". More sizes to be added soon!

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Each item is carefully designed, assembled, and packaged by Snap Happy Studio with attention to quality and detail.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love creating custom designs for special occasions, businesses, schools, teams, events, and gifts. Contact us with your ideas, and we'll be happy to discuss your project.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer discounts for larger orders. Bulk orders are perfect for:

How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and bulk orders may require additional production time.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information if applicable.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our items are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. All of our items come with a lifetime guarantee - meaning, if your item overtime has discoloration or seal issues, please send us a photo of the item, along with the original order number (required) for a FREE REPLACEMENT.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Are the magnets strong enough for refrigerators and lockers?

Yes! Our magnets are designed to securely hold to standard magnetic surfaces such as refrigerators, lockers, filing cabinets, and magnetic whiteboards.

Are the keychains durable?

Yes! Our keychains are made for everyday use and are designed to withstand normal wear and tear.

Do the button pins have a safety backing?

Our buttons feature a standard pin-back closure. Please handle with care and keep away from small children.

Do colors appear exactly as shown?

We do our best to accurately display colors, but actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings.

Can I use your designs for my business, school, or event?

Yes! Many of our products make great promotional items, team gifts, teacher appreciation gifts, party favors, and event keepsakes. Contact us for custom branding or large-order inquiries.
